We created ROCK the LAKE North Wales as a music event that we wanted to go to. A festival that didn't feel overcrowded, one that we could feel comfortable and safe at with the family. We didn't want to wait in long queues and we wanted to have a bit of our own space. A few creature comforts wouldn't go a miss either, we didn't want to have to wear our wellies or get muddy, we wanted to stay clean and have use of clean toilets. Somewhere to sit would also be nice... but table service would be better!, but we didn't want to pay any silly Festival prices for food or drink. Picturesque surroundings where we could unwind and enjoy the day with friends would be good too, but we still wanted a GREAT ATMOSPHERE and AWESOME MUSIC. So here it is! "A Music Event for people that don't do festivals"

I couldn't believe how good this event was. Rock the lake is set in such beautiful surroundings. The acts were all brilliant, the catering and bar staff worked so hard to keep everything flowing. A fun day and I will be certainly attending next year.

Brilliant event, great atmosphere and small enough to be able to fully enjoy the music, food, beer, toilet facilities ( which were cleaned after every use) and camping. The campsite was lovely, with plenty of space for everyone. The prices of the food and drinks were reasonable and the staff were all very friendly. The site was beautiful. A wonderful spot for a festival.

Last night was a amazing .. all the acts were 5star but Freddie Mercury was a 10 star .. staff and bar staff where so friendly and helpful. Bring it on for next year .. only fault is that it’s a bit of a hike to get down to the lake. Apart from that 100 percent perfect ?

A fabulous day out , lovely atmosphere and just the right size. Fantastic table service for food and drink. Food and drink all reasonably priced. And hats off to the ladies who were cleaning the toilets between each person. Not a nice job on a hot day, so we’ll done ladies.
Security and all staff were very friendly .
Well done to the organisers, tribute bands were excellent, I have no voice today from singing so much. Would definitely return again

Fantastic day out, family friendly music event. Well organised, beautiful location even got to see the reindeers. Acts brilliant, food and drink reasonably priced and excellent choices. All staff polite and helpful. Could not fault the event even the sun shone all day and into the night hope it’s on again next year so can go again. Would recommend to anyone

Absolutely stunning location and we couldntbpraise the staff enough. they worked their butts off non stop. I'm disabled so helping me with my scooter as the small gravel areas were too much for it to move easily but to be fair, the venue wasnt spread out so I will not use it next time. definitely be going again.

We all had a great time! Ages 11, 13, 34, 35. Entertainment was nice and loud, singers sounded great and the backing dancers were Brill. Very energetic. Up in the sticks didn't have any signal which was a pain. But had the kids actually interacting with the family lol. Nice area and scenery though. The staff serving us (Ryan and Lisa plus others) were all amazing! Very friendly and helpful, very efficient, happy and polite. We all had a great time. Prices wernt too bad either.

Well organised and a great setting for a music festival - The tribute Artists were all very good. seating area was great and bar staff very friendly. All in all a great night. We camped at the venue and it was a short walk to the stage. Will be back next year.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at Rock the Lake. The festival was fairly small and intimate which we loved. The staff were all amazing and the acts were superb. Only thing that would make it better would be showers or sinks in the camping area so that we could stay for more than one day.
